Feeding the Hungry of Rochester

Community Food Response (CFR) is a private, non-profit organization which collects excess prepared food from restaurants, cafeterias, businesses, and supermarkets, which normally would be thrown away, and makes it available, free, to hungry adults and children in Rochester.

Your help is needed!  If you, your business, church or organization would like to get involved in CFR, please contact us at 507-281-5061.   

If you are in need of food, come to Bethel Luthern Church (northeast door), across from K-Mart.   You can register and pick up food between 5:00pm and 6:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.  You will receive enough packaged food items for one meal, free of charge, which can be reheated and consumed in the privacy of your own home.
